They have those 100 calorie packs that have oreos, chips ahoy and some other stuff. The chips ahoy are pretty good. You could also try yogurt

nuts like almonds are full of protein...rice cakes good and crunchy, soy beans, either steamed or dry roasted, no salt.
For a sweet tooth , a few jelly beans, or my favorite, caramel rice cakes with a dab of peanut butter.
