Yes. T-Mobile has a myFaves Plan.

Call the people who matter most to you—regardless of which carrier they use. myFaves plans give you unlimited calls to the five numbers you call most, as well as free domestic long distance and no digital roaming charges anywhere across the US. All myFaves plans require a two-year contract

myFaves Plans
myFaves 300 300 Unlimited Nights & Weekends $39.99
myFaves 600 600 Unlimited Nights & Weekends $49.99
myFaves 1000 1000 Unlimited Nights & Weekends $59.99
myFaves 1500 1500 Unlimited Nights & Weekends $69.99
myFaves 2500 2500 Unlimited Nights & Weekends $109.99
myFaves 5000 5000 Unlimited Unlimited $139.99

For most people the only downside would be you have to sign a two year agreement and make sure you get the right phone (myFaves Phone).

Personally I like it. I don't call more than 5 people all the time.

Metro PCS But they aren't nation wide so you might have to check if it's offered where you are.
