everytime i plug my razr into my computer it doesn't work, why isn'y it working? I use a USB cable and it fits into the slot perfectly.

you need Motorola Phone Tools but my phone didn't come with it but it came with a USB cable?!?!?!?!??!!?
(I find it kind of retarded that they would do this)

you can get it on limewire version 4 is what you want
else if you got a mate with any of the rzrs or krzr they'll have a disc

You need to install the software onto your computer.

it may be because you have one of the razors that was recalled try going to your local radio shack to ask them
