That's a problem. I am i kid, and I have a RAZR. It is expensive, but my parents pay 4 it. Monthly fees are very expensive. Especially when you use internet and text messagin on your phone. Texting is about $10-$20 a month, not including your other fees......talk to your parents....the cell phone may be cheap, but the bills are not. good luck, ~b~

Go with Virgin Mobile then. Pay as you go. Can link the account to a debit card or paypal or you can buy the recharge cards in a lot of places. Their camera phone (with text and web capabilities) runs about $90 and as long as you put $20 on your account every 3 months, you don't have to pay any monthly fees. They DO have plans that are monthly but you don't have to use it. I think text messages are like a nickel each.

Look into getting a family plan option and your monthly cell phone bill will be only about $20.

try looking for a phone you like in a pre pay that way you don't have to pay monthly i got an unlocked krazr and i use pre-pay so if you can find an unlocked phone. most European phone companies sell them unlocked so you'll most likely have to go online to find one. Unlocked in case you don't know means it has no chip inside there for it not set for just one company.
