I have step on a mouse but that mouse was already dead. When I felt something soft under my foot I looked down and I saw the dead mouse. I was so scared although he was dead and I ran away. I don`t like mouses and I`m afraid of them =) but I could not step a mouse on purpose and I would never do it because I think that is very disgusting...

I did, early this morning around 4 am and am still traumatized by it. I didn't mean to do it. That mouse had been invading my motel room for a month (I am in transit before buying a home), and I had mixed feelings -- mice are vermin, and this one ate my food on my table and ruined my bag, by chewing a large hole in it. It plagued me every day and night, and it was getting more brazen by the day. I complained to the manager who denied there were any mice at all (despite the many holes in the walls). I captured it on video, but not coming out of its holes, though it was nearby them. I saw it emerge from its hopes and run across the floor, and make noise under my bed. I kept trying to get changed to another room, but they all must be bad.
I went to the bathroom this morning, wearing shoes because of the wet floor (soaking from dripping shower faucet condensation) and didn't see the mouse crouching at the door frame. WHY did not not get out of the way? It was too used to me, I guess. I felt what seemed like a balled-up tissue, then looked back to see what I stepped on, and saw the mouse, elongated and trying to jump, but looking odd --like it was semi-paralyzed, or maybe its organs were crushed. It took two leaps that I saw (I screamed) then had death throws (sp?) on a newspaper I'd left on the floor. It died, curled up small. I was devastated. I did not like the mouse. It is dirty. But I felt so sad and sick. It did look cute when it leapt and ran, though I kept telling myself not to like it -- it is not a pet, and would likely die when one day, the exterminator came or a cat caught it. So I am sad and keep thinking about its pain and how sorry I am. I wore athletic shoes BTW. Not my new ones, TG. But still... I waited an hour, it never moved again, its eyes looked dull, so I shoved the newspaper and all into a plastic bag. I think I ought to show it to the manager. I don't want to stay anymore, but must until I buy a house. At least I can get a different motel or another room. I refuse to shower and walk in my bare feet any more in that room. But if I had been barefoot, I would have watched my step. I would not have gotten over it had I stepped in my bare feet. Rats are likely smarter than mice and would have stayed away from humans. Cats are best of all, and I encouraged mine to catch mice, but if people poison them, cats and owls can get poisoned, too.

I saw a video of a woman stepping on a mouse in high heels. First she stepped on it's feet with the heel, then the tail, then finally the head.
It was one of the most f*cking disgusting things I've ever seen. I emailed the link to the police and the website was gone in about a day, but I'm sure the sicko is still out there, crushing animals.
You like that sh*t?

Does it count if it was dead and partially eaten? Yes, my darling kitty, or her brother, brought one home and left it on the front porch for me...I step outside barefooted with my morning coffee and BLECH =P
Not a live one though...although I had one run UP the INSIDE of my pants leg while in a Sam's Club once and I thought I'd have a heartattack ... while unzipping to get the daggone thing OUT of my pants!

Yes, downtown walking back from the night club. I could hardly see, my feet were hurting SO bad in the pumps I was wearing so I especially remember how different that step felt as the platform of my shoe squished the disgusting, fat rat into the gravel. I just remember looking down almost simultaneously and seeing its guts smoosh out of its butt it was sick!

No, but one time I was cleaning up after my dogs, and I bent down to grab a rawhide chew toy. As I got closer, I realized it was a mouse that was frozen in fear. I screamed and jumped a mile. Everyone else in the room thought it was a lot more amusing than I did.
I was wearing slippers ;)

I once accidentally stepped on one while a friend of mine and I were cleaning out his garage. It screamed when I tramped on it, and it startled me. It wasn't hurt or anything; it scurried off into a crack in the concrete floor. I was wearing rubber-soled boots at the time, and I disinfected the bottoms to get rid of any rodent-borne germs.

It's in the middle of the floor in the pitch black night-one of my cats loves me. Of course I'm in bare feet so thank heaven the mouse is dead.

Yes
I had on boots, I picked it up by the tail and threw it in the garbage.
It was the middle of wheat harvest and I lived on a farm. Mice were everywhere.
