first off on the hair, you need a good conditioner that will moisturize your hair...
don't be afraid to get your hair cut with layers and or highlights... this will give your hair body, appearance of fullness and health.

try pantene pro-v and garnier fructis.... shampoo and conditioner... but your conditioner needs to be superb so that it will lock that moisture in. also you can try a leave in conditioner like infusium... that's a good one. as far as the skin...get a cleaner specialized for oily skin .. try clean and clear, and their facial moisturizer contains salicylic acid that prevents pimples with frequent use.. so stay away from face moisturizers that are rich. also make sure you get an astringent or toner that is alcohol free or has a low percentage of alcohol in it.
as far as makeup you want something subtle and natural.. i use tru blend by i think it's loreal or mabelline. in the foundation and powder, and it does blend in well... and try light earth and neutral tones for eyeshadows that doesn't make it look so dramatic but highlights your beauty... just go to any cosmetic counter in the mall and they should give you a free makeover if they have time.

you've just got to accessorize with what you've got, which is beautiful already.

maybe try an oil treatment for your hair. there are lines out there for oily skin.. neutrogena has some good products for it. other than that, just a good shade of blush or bronzer to make your skin glow a bit. then you can literally accessorize.

i don't know what your style is, but to spice up a plain outfit, all you need is something little. cute earrings, hot shoes, bold belt, a headband, scarf, sunglasses, hat, or bracelets go a long way. just not all at once.

hope i helped. :]

I have dry hair too, so i use thermasilk conditioner and rinse with cold water to give it a shiny look. I also blow dry on cool setting. For oily skin, wash your face 3 times a day with cold water and soap. Leave your skin alone. If you tan, it's not good for your skin and you will have problems with it in the long run. Hope that helps.

I would suggest conditioner and hair products with protein : Pantene pro-v for shine. I would condition after each wash try a leave in conditioner also. Let your hair air dry instead of using excessive heat that can help dry out your hair. It also may help to seek a professional hair stylist one that can access your hair and tell you exactly what products you need to use and procedure to take care of your hair! Use skin care products that are specifically for your type of skin make sure you use a skin clarifier , moisturizer and sun screen to protect and reduce oil build up. I hope that helps Good Luck!

Actually, plain can be very pretty. I would suggest this:

Get a clairol Hydrience haircolor that is 2 shades lighter than yours and streak your hair.

Don't use foundation make-up. Try Bare Escentuals powder blush make-ups. They give you a soft , brushed look. And applying some to your cheeks and forehead can look really nice.
They stay on all day too.

After you wash your hair, use a hair polish on it as you blow dry it.
Frizz Ender and Frizz Ease are good products.
