What absolute nonsense!! As an example, Look at Sophia Loren! Now who has fed such lies to you?
The facts of the matter are that (assuming no medical problem exists) premature aging of any sort is a mental not a physical problem! It depends on what is going on IN YOUR HEAD and what you do about it! Here are a few tips:-
1) Exercise reasonably - the best exercise of all is PUSHING YOURSELF AWAY FROM THE TABLE!
2) Keep pleasant, positive and non selfish thoughts in your head - yes eventually "nastiness" will show up in your expression.
3) When married, NEVER take your husband for granted. Continue to attract him - remember you "won" him once and can continue to keep his attraction! This is NOT only a physical thing!
So, "control your mind and your body will automatically look after itself.

umm depends on how well you take care of your body..take good care of it now..eat right and exercise..and you wont be "saggy and ugly" after u turn 30
