My skin is pretty pale and I want to get a tan but there's one problem: I'm extremely sensitive for pigment spots. I do know that I can limit that if I get a tan as slow as possible. I've been thinking about going in the sunbed for about 10-15 minutes a day. Will I be able to get a decent tan that way?

A suntan is the end results of harm to the pores and pores and skin, the right layer of your pores and skin. in short, there is not any risk-free way on your organic pores and skin to tan with out damaging it, as a tan is a seen results of pores and skin harm. evaluate a "pretend bake," no longer purely like the orang-y self tanners of the eighty's, maximum greater moderen sunless tanners look very organic. I recommend a lotion that progressively provides your pores and skin a tanned look over some days. attempt Dove capability Glow.

that's WAY too much time each day- you'll actually tan superfast if you go that often and for that long. start at 5 minutes a few times a week, and then each new week add another 2 minutes. don't go every day.

I think that's about the time normal tanners do that for. My suggestion would be to spend more time outside, but use sunscreen. The sunscreen will prevent you from burning, but over time, you should start to tan.

be constant and be like 10 min a day in exposure of the sun, or you can use auto-tanning lotion which works fine
