The more some nations like the US try, the harder it becomes to contain. Nobody can prevent the nations from going nuclear. All the nations must agree to disband all their nuclear arsenals. For this, the so called nuclear club should take initiative. They must first pave the way by dismantling some of the nuclear weapons. Unless they show the way, and set an example, they will have no moral right to control other nations.

Yup, i think so due to the pressures of various countries.Prevention is Simple, by sending the spy satellites in space these can detect the weapons.......................... from anywhere in world . i fact they are being used today also.Consequence depend on type of chemical used in making the weapon.
