I know what you mean. Some of these bit--'s need a good slap, but un-fortunately we can't lay one hand on them. Instead use your inner wisdom to verbally let her know she is not telling you the truth , as you can see this person from where your at. her/him. Bring her nose down, by words.

It is acceptable to slap someone who has crossed a boundary with you physically, like an inappropriate touch. If it's words and attitude, you are expected to defend yourself by the rules of engagement. Defend words with words, nukes with nukes.
In many parts of the US it is considered rude to slap without being prepared to slap the other cheek as well.
But any time a gentleman upsets a lady, he should expect a slap. If girls slap other girls, it's a catfight.

One of the best times to slap / or to be slapped is:
When you are making love to your girlfriend and you whisper in her ear "you are great in bed, but your sister was even better".
This will get you more then a slap 9 times out of ten.

No, slapping is never "polite" and it can even be filed as sexual harrassment because you inappropriately touched someone. If she's giving you attitude, be professional. Let her calm down a little and explain the situation to her. If she's still bitching, then politely say "Ma'am, I am going out of my way to help you and you being rude to me is inappropriate. I would really appreciate it if you gave me some respect, or your more than welcome to walk out that door."

You should only slap someone if they're hysterical and it's getting out of hand... In your case, I think the reality would've had some handcuffs attached...
Ask for a supervisor instead...

I don't think so...! If it's a stranger; they could press assault charges on the person who slaps them! I know what you're thinking...but that is the kind of society we live in! I think mean people should have to wear a button; so we can avoid them! LOL

The only time it is proper to slap another person is when they are choking or hysterical. Hone your verbal skills. A verbal shot is always acceptable.
