Do you find the rationale of being told you should move on, despite being subjected to rude behavior, in the name of maturity and the best interest of yourself and others, a sufficiently valid recommendation, or an excuse for unwarranted rude behavior?

You should move on, no one needs to be treated rudely, but you should speak your mind and get it out. Otherwise, this person may not realise why you left. And, you will feel better for getting it out.

The rude behaivor needs to be addresses..yes moving on is one way to get away from it, but that rude person is just gonna go and do it to someone else, so take the extra time to nip it in the butt.
