"Jak se máš" is an informal greeting in Czech; "how are you doing?"

Man, someone beat me to it! And here I thought this might be the entire reason I studied intensive-immersion Czech for, all those years ago. Just so I could answer your question today, lol. I will add, though, that Jak se mas(h) is the way you ask, "How are you?" to a family member or someone you know very well. If it is someone less close, you say, "Jak se ma'te?"
