Well, if you cut out the gardening tools, I'm just not sure. "Hoe" is a weed killer. "Hoes" is the plural.

"Hose" is another gardening tool.

Could be clones of the famous Hawaiian singer, Don Ho.

Or multiple outbursts from Santa.

Or another way to say "whores." Or "wholes." Or "Holes." Or "Foles" but I don't think that's actually a word.

I'm assuming you mean on the street, in which case it is spelled "hos", (or ho if there is only one) and ho is short for whore, which is another word for prostitute. If you don't know what those are, then you should ask your parents about the birds and the bees.
