loan = to lend something to somebody
lone = being single, being the only one (kind of like 'being alone', only you can use it like 'the lone piece of paper flew off the desk', meaning the single piece of paper).

Loan means borrow. You can get a loan from a bank, from a friend, you can loan someone your car, or a favorite book.
Lone means solo. Single. All by itself. There is a famous painting of a lone pine -- a single pine tree, silhouetted against a mountain sunset. A lone cowboy, riding across the range. Or the Lone Ranger, if you like.

LOAN : It can be used as a noun and and as a verb
For Example : To loan stands for lending money. I want to loan 10000 Rs from you. The word loan signifies that it will be returned with some interest.
To use it as noun see the sentence : I have to borrow some loan from the bank.
Now you must have understood how to use LOAN as verb and noun.
LONE : the word lone means alone, isolated from others, not having company of others. This is an adjective. Use it like this : He is a lone boy, although with his friends.

Loan is as in to lend or borrow something to someone... I will loan jenny my dress this weekend so she can wear it to the party as long as she gives it back to me buy wed so I can wear it the following week....
Lone is as in to be alone form human company.. the lone ranger only travels by himself from town to town on horseback..

"Loan" is temporarily allowing someone to use something - money, or a lawn mower, or a cup of sugar. "Lone" means only or alone - like the "lone survivor" of an accident.
