A cocky person is someone who is arrogant and conceited. They usually only think about themselves and have an attitude about everything. If you were to roll your eyes at your mom and say "Whatever" that would be considered cocky.

well cocky is like.....hmm hard to explain. For example: If a snowboarder was cocky before his heat, it means he's kind of over confident. He think's he's gonna win.

It is when someone has a large self esteem and sometimes is overly zealous in expressing it. Often times its basically someone saying that you need to relax on expressing how great you are and realize that others are just as special just in diffrent ways.

It refers to ego - shes saying that you think a lot of yourself. It isn't a very nice thing to say, but she was probably just trying to take you down a notch.
