Why do guys wear their pants with the crotch at their knees? First of all it's dorky and second of all, no one wants to see their underwear!!!!

I think it has to do with the magnetic charge of the pants having the opposite polarity of the shirt. When the two come together, they naturally repel eachother, causing the pants to gather around the knees.

I think this has to do with asserting a feminine masculinity. When your privates are not supported, you are actually weaker for doing physical labor as a man, especially it this goes on and on while doing that kind of work. So the guys are trying to loosen up and not be a robotic strong male image and hoping to be accepted for it.

it evolved from gangs where criminals would wear an extra set of clothes on top of their other clothes. They would go commit a crime then drop their pants and shirt and be wearing something different so the discription of the subject the police were searching for wouldn't match with them.

It is a horrible style. I'm always tempted to yank their pants down the rest of the way in hopes of making them feel as stupid as they look.

how about you rephrase your question to say "SOME guys".. i sure as heck don't wear 'em like that... i usually laugh at the guys who do.

"THANK YOU FOR ASKING" now I get to tell you and them something that's not well known!!! It's called "Sagging" for obvious reasons and its supposed to be cool "BUT IT'S NOT"
