This is almost like "do you get my point?" The person wants know that you're following his/her speech or point and not beating about the bush.
Do you say "possibility" or "possibilidy?"
Do you also say "you was" or "you were?"
Make the corrections in your speeches because that's serious than "ya know what i'm saying".there are a lot of mistakes around which need corrections than this one does.
