These trends never really die, they fade out and morph into something else. And there will always be Emo bands around, there are still Disco bands around!!! Hopefully soon it will be less popular and not played on EVERY FREAKIN STATION!

so im pretty sure that "Emo" as you call it isn't a trend but its more of a lifestyle for those who live it. you shouldn't be discriminating/stereo typing against them.
