Thanksgiving Stuffing

1 box of Stop Top Stuffing Mix
2-3 stalks of celery
1 small onion chopped fine
11/2 TBSP of Margarine
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
bring water and margarine to a boil add celery and onion
add stuffing mix bring down to medium low
remove from burner mix and fluff with a fork
salt and pepper to taste


If your are stuffing the turkey
add about 2-3 cups of water
add margarine celery onion and stuffing mix and mix all together in a bowl
salt and pepper to taste.

American Turkey Stuffing

3 cup Dried bread cubes
4 oz Crumbled sausage, cooked
3/4 cup Diced red apple
1/2 cup Chopped onion
1/2 tsp Rubbed sage
1 tsp Rosemary leaves, crushed
3/4 cup Water
1/3 cup Margarine


Combine bread, sausage, apple, onion, and seasonings. Heat water and butter or margarine until butter melts. Toss with bread. Spoon into a 2 quart casserole dish. Cover and bake alongside turkey during the last 45 minutes of roasting time. Serve with sliced turkey.

Most any recipie is good enough but I must add that you MUST NOT over spice it. It's way too easy to use too much rosemary and sage.
