I think that a lot of veggies taste best when raw but there are a few that need to be cooked such as mixed greens to get the bitterness out...I too prefer fresh tomatoes on a sandwich...and corn on the cob cooked...I have had it parched before in the oven and that is good too but prefer that boiled.

Veggies like carrots, cauliflower, broccoli steamed to the point where they have just a crunch left to them. Tomatoes raw. Corn definitely cooked.

If I have to eat vegetables I prefer raw. The only exception to this is corn on the cob.

It depends on the vegetable. Some can't be eaten raw because they taste terrible. I prefer broccoli raw in a salad instead of cooked.

It depends on how it's cooked now I only like vegetables grilled, if they are not I like them raw.
