why bother to gain weight? you should try to gain muscle instead ! but most importantly is you are healthy, weight is secondary.
anyway you need to have professional guidance to gain weight/muscle, where there are strict diet n exercise to follow !

Eat more protein and whole foods. You should eat 300 calories above your BMI. Also, cut down on your cardio time but increase your strength training.
