Why want the police even come out?

Sounds like a classy neighborhood. So you checked their documents and know for a fact that they are illegal, obviously, and you saw them tag your house, also obviously, I'm sure that you wouldn't make that up, and they haven't bother you? Amazing, they must really like you if they are as grody as you say, but choose to share their music with you. How do they music?

what proof do you have that they are illegal? just file some complaints, if not go to the police, if they don't come get a couple of enormous dogs and put up video cameras around your house, if anything happens that the police won't pay attention to, go to the media, then they'll listen when they get put on the spot. make sure you file loads of stuff so that you can show how horrible the reaction was. good luck

If they are illegal, call Immigration. And the Police HAVE to make a report of the vandalism. They even have to come out, after 10:00 p.m., for loud music disturbances. Have other neighbors start calling, also, if they are as upset and victimized as you.

If the police won't come out after you have called them call the attorney general's office and file a complaint. Every one else has to deal with illegals and the police should too.

Most cities don't even accept complaints anymore on illegals. Nor will INS do much. If you KNOW these are illegal immigrants, I would call a local news station and have them do an investigative news report on the inaction of the city in a serious matter. Those tend to get responses.

yea , they drive past all the time their language is in all the ads my mail box can handle . they are rude in the stores and while driving .the dolls at the stores talk in a strange tongue . signs don;t have english any more .
lets ship them to iraq ,kids and all .

That's simple. Call the INS and they will do a neighborhood sweep. If there is one family there is certainly more. We are doing it here in Escondido, CA. other cities are following suit. A better life, by all means, but it is the Law that it must be done Legally.

File a formal complaint for vandalism and public disturbance against your neighbors due to loud music so that the proper penalty will be meted against them.

Well if they are illegal turn them in. See if the government does anything. I am sure your neighbors are not too thrilled either. Join with them and have them ousted. There is an old American saying, "The squeaky wheel gets the grease" Start squeaking.
