A traing bra looks like a regular bra, except it has smaller cups, or in some cases no cups at all. The name 'training' is a poor choice, your not training your breasts to do anything, rather you are protecting your newly formed boobs from the rough material that most shirts are made of. Your breats, and especially your nipples are very sensative to touch. Even if your shirts fell soft to your fingers, than can be very harsh once you start to develop. If anything is being trained, it is you, to take proper care of your body.

it's like a sports bra or in other words two triangles without absolutly no padding...if you have no boobs...wear this...if you have some that are pretty noticable...don't wear this!
