Because the ones I have taken on my phone do not play on my computer because it does not have a compatible file type.so i cant play it on windows media player or real player or any program like that.

There is a free software, namly Total Video Player which supports reading ,playing 3 gp format files.

If you have a Nokia, the software came with the phone. You will also need the DUK cable to connect to the pc

If you can connect your phone, I believe most phone manufacturers have software on their websites that allow you to view the videos you made, directly on your PC.

tell what is your mobile file extension tape, you have two choises to solve this problem:
1- installing a movie converter on your computer to convert your mobile movies to WMV.
2-installing software can read movies that have same kind of your mobile movies.
