a urinal that is right next to another occupied urinal and peeing? Like the ones at a fair or sports game that have absolutely nothing to give even a little privacy.

You guys are usually lucky to have those things. You can go anytime you want, anywhere you want without going through much trouble. You don't have to worry about the pain of having to put anything up any certain area. But having to whip it out next to another dude like an animal at a watering hole...yeah I feel bad for you there.

Sometimes I take longer to get the flow going but I'm generally Ok with it. I know some people can have a hard time with it- but if you can get over it you can use it.
While the most junior guy in my office at work I used to always have a habit of peeing at 07:50- a similar time to the (very overbearing) Managing Director. It was a little awkward for him, so I could have little chats with him without feeling intimidated. Before long I can stroll straight into this guys office any time I want- work suddenly gets a lot easier.
