I think that you should shower and enjoy a sented bath do your nails and your hair tossing it dry and then put on nylons and when you go to bed. Sit on the bed and slowly remove the nylons and put cream on each leg as you take off the nylons..when you are done, crink your finger and let your hubby know that it is bed time. *i am sure if you are afraid of the dark, you have a teddy bear to snuggle up with*
