That would be making a mall of the downtown by blocking off streets in the main section of town. It is quite quaint with cobblestones and antique type lighting. I have seen it in Denver, Boulder, and in Scranton,PA.

I saw Sunderland put in a terrible performance last season to get relegated.....I think Newcastle are copying them this season though
