Yes, in the middle of winter in a gas station parking lot. It actually felt good for the first 15 seconds, then it burned.

also had a moment with a blouse that splits down the middle under the bust line but isn't meant to open up...well, wind got under it and blew the blouse way up.

It happened while I was in a dress... It was homecoming, I was 13, and I was trying to get on the hood of a SUV... Yeah, they gave me a freaking SUV where the hood came up to my chest. So, as I tried to get on, a huge gust of wind came and blew the front of my dress up! I hope nobody saw even though the stands were full... :-)
