I have been to both. I would love to travel to South America more then anywhere else now. Out of them 2 I guess England

I had a MUCH better time in England than in France, so I'd rather go back to Old Blighty.

I have always wanted to go to Italy. But I have a fear of leaving the US. Afraid of being kidnapped by gorillas ( no, not the monkeys ) or being caught in some international conflict and not being able to return home.
I know stupid, huh?
If I had to choose one of the two though, it would be France. What a romantic location!

Dragon has not been to France, so she'd like to go there and then, while in Europe, she'd make trips to England and Germany.
