An easy way to remember is: Fall back in the Fall.
Spring forward in the Spring. Set the clock back one hour tonight before you go to bed.

Some tonight when I go to bed, especially the one beside the bed so I know when to get up, although being Sunday it doesn't matter much. The rest I do tomorrow at my leisure and do things like the microwave, the oven, the video and so on.The TV and phone alter themselves. The thing I usually forget is the clock on the central heating that controls the coming on and going off times. I must remember this time.
