Since the time doesn't change until 2 am, wait until you are on your way to bed to set the clocks back. (presuming you're going to bed before 2 am =)

You can do it now, before you go to bed, or when you first get up in the morning. If you depend on an alarmclock to get up for work tomorrow, definitly do it tonight. Officially the time changes at 2 am I think.

Anytime before now and tomorrow morning. Your state will do it at exactly 1:00 am...1:00 am will be midnight. Don't be an hour early for your meeting tomorrow! :)

It's supposed to be at 2 am, but I usually do it at bedtime because I may not be up at 2. Anytime between bedtime and the time you get up in the morning should be okay.

Nah, its more fun to not change back. Then the daylight lasts longer. Try it. You'll also be early to everything.
