If you're under 25 keep eating a strong balanced diet with plenty protein, vitamins etc and make sure you drink your 2 litres of water per day.
Everyone knows you're taller when lying down- because when you're upright the pressure of your own weight causes compression. Maintaining a good posture and strong back will help reduce this difference- not by much, but it will also minimise shrinkage due to old age or strain later on.
Other than that you can wear Cuban heels or thick soled boots, for an inch or two. You can place insoles in your shoes for an extra third to half inch.

well it depends on how old you are i guess, but stretching helps especially right when you wake up in the morning when you're still laying in bed stretch like you're trying to touch the ceiling, but your laying down and stretch your legs at the same time with your feet tippy toe, that seemed to help. oh and here's a proven way to increase your height 'the chiropractor'. if you go to your chiropractor they do something to your neck where they stretch it or something and it adds a few inches to your height the 'natural way' and it's good for your neck, back and body posture and everything so it's basically a win win situation, you get taller and you get healthier. well, hope this helped a little ^^

If you are past your teens, your chances of gaining more height are extremely low, and there are no magical tricks or pills to change it.
