My gosh that's five months without LOST? How can they do that to the loyal viewers? What are you going to watch until it comes back on?

Ridiculous isn't it? But, they're doing it so they can showcase the new program based upon "Deja Vu." The program looks like a loser to me - hope there's something else on another network at that time. If not, I'm sure I'll have recorded something earlier in the week and can watch that. Call it my protest against Lost not being on!

Hi...It's going to be hard not being able to watch LOST for a little while, but I'm ok with it. I know that it takes a long time to produce a quality episode, so I would rather wait for better episodes than have the producers keep jamming them out at a rapid pace with less effort put into the acting, plot, etc. A good show is worth the wait!

The loyal viewers will wait for LOST to return.

Until it comes back...I will be focusing more on my full-time job, my homework, and my husband! ;) I will also be watching Battlestar Galactica on SciFi and Top Chef on Bravo.

The producers said they are doing this so the show will have no repeats scattered throughout the season. Once LOST starts up again in the New Year, each episode will be a new one until the end of the season.

I can't believe how much stuff is wrong here. First of all, it's three months without a new episode. Second of all, an episode generally takes 7-11 days to shoot, not a month (that'd be impossible, considering the average TV season is 22 episodes)

It takes about 4 weeks to make 1 episode of Lost. That's why there are these huge gaps.

That's only 3 months, by the way.

It's going to be hard, but I'm just going to pretend it's summer and get reacquainted with old episodes. It'll be super nice when it comes back, because there will be no reruns...just new episodes straight through until the end of the season. Yay!!!

It totally sucks. I have a hard time getting in to when they are airing reruns. They will lose ratings.
