IT'S JUST A JOKE (for the people reading a little too into it).
Most people will go, "Nuhh uhhhh... I can have kids if I want to."
Not getting that if their parents never had kids, then they don't exist... hence... they won't have kids.

Right, so your saying since you parents didn't have kids which in fact we know they did because you are here, then you won't have kids. Well common sense. If you don't exist, then how are you going to have kids?

I heard that there were times when my parents wished they never had kids. Come to think of it, there are times I wish I never had kids.

I had a vasectomy, and always used condoms before that, thus have never had kids. Does that mean my kids will get “fixed” and/or always use condoms, and therefore never have kids?

If you parents never had kids, then you do not exist. If you do not exist, then you will never have kids.

That doesn't make sense because if you have parents then they did have kids and even if they did adopt then that still wouldn't affect your ability to have children.
