One is happy, the other two are sad. The happy one is crying, the sad two are smiling.....

The women were in a group waiting to get food. They were starving. The happy one was crying, over joyed she got the last plate of food. The sad ones were smiling because they were hoping she'd share.

I think it is the wedding answer or maybe a birth. Either way the two sadone s are sad it isnt them but happy for the happy one. And the happy one is crying because she is so happy.
