Well I doubt most of these school tragedies would have occured if real, trained, police officers were stationed at the only entries into the schools.

But realistically, how would we ever pay for that? The tax man already gets way too much of my income and regretfully, reality is we cannot station a cop in every spot that there may be crime.

So would it do a lot of good, in my opinion yes, could it happen, in my opinion, no.

we have police at our school and i haven't heard of any violence plus we haven't had to evacuate out school this yr last yr we had to a lot it was scarey. they're doing a great job plus they're really nice and love to talk to all of us.

it can help deter crime; crime will never stop altogether, but anything is a good help!!
