Cook your own damn pancakes, and make a few for her. Get a complete mix and use cider or apple juice instead of water. Forget the instructions and use equal measures of cider and mix. In a non-stick pan use a little canola oil and pour batter when pan gets hot. Cakes will bubble up and start to dry around edges before it is time to turn them. Flip and finish, which will take less time than the first side. The cakes will be thin, very tender and slightly crispy around the edges. To serve, use only real butter and maple syrup and when you put the first bite in your mouth, you should have a spontaneous orgasm.

Why not just take your wife out for breakfast where she's served..and catered too as well as yourself.
Make it special.. open the doors for her, see to it that you help seat her before you yourself sit down.. allow her to be the first one to sip her coffee, and take the first bite of food (proper etiquette).. maybe touch her hand gently, smile at her.. tell her she looks lovely, and why hadn't you done this before..

Hey, you guys enchanted your ladies before you married them, we look forward to this stuff! I'd even go so far as to say to buy her a rose on the way to breakfast.. trust me, my hubby did, and that meant more to me than diamonds! I should add, we were also broke at the time

Not to do free work for you! - even if she is a stay at home wife. (believe me she does more than you ever notice)
You two should make your pancakes TOGETHER!! and if the kids are gone, try it naked...you'll enjoy them more.
