The family's son died from a brain tumor last year. They have 7 kids, I think, and while there son was in the hospital they didn't have time or money to pay to repair their house. Now the mom is pregnant with a son.

Their son died at age 6, one year ago. All the family's money and time and energy went into caring for the little boy.

I'll bet...someone had a disease or a disability.
They had hit rough times. There was lots of crying. Then, the team rennovated their house, and there was some more crying.
Just a guess.
