Most kennels require proof from a veterinarian. Try calling the kennel to see if the vax you gave him are ok. If they are ok, call your vet and see if they have a blank record to give you. The vet clinic where I work will give clients a blank record if they ask for one. If you gave your dog her Rabies vax yourself, the kennel will not accept that. A Rabies vaccine can only be given by a licensed veterinarian or licensed vet tech in the presence of a veterinarian. Your dog will also need to have a Kennel Cough vaccine if you didn't give her one and also proof of deworming.

Hope this was helpful!!

You may be out of luck, most boarding kennels require a vaccination certificate from a licensed veterinarian and rabies vaccines must be administered by a veterinarian.

You may be SOL. Many kennels require proof FROM a VET and will not take your record as proof even if you can find it. Better call and check to see if that is the case, you may be making a last min. vet appointment!!!!
