Several things come to mind. How old is your dog? Has it had all it's immunizations? Let me run through a few possibilities.
If this dog is a new puppy is might have parvous virus. Could be fatal and usually is contracted in breeding kennels and shelters that don't have proper sanitation. Your puppy should see a vet as soon as possible, and it may already be too late to save it's life. Vomitting and diarrhea need to be taken very seriously - dehydration kills puppies very quickly and unpleasantly. Of course, if it is an older dog, it could still contract this potentially deadly disease, if it hasn't been immunnized.
If you have an older dog, who has all immunizations up to date, there is always the possibility of a bowel obstruction. Needs to see a vet immediately. Also, your dog may have consumed something in its environment that is toxic to animals, and may be poisoned. You would be surprised at the list of things toxic to dogs and the head of the list is chocolate.
You need to get this dog seen by a vet as soon as possible.

Your dog is very sick. It needs medical attention right away. It can die of dehydration quickly in a situation like this. It could be parvo , or distemper or simply a bad case of worms or even poisoning. Get to your vet now! If your vet is closed right now , call his phone number and you will get a recording giving you info on the emergency vet. Have a pen and paper ready and get their number and get the dog over there right away. He may not make it till tomorrow.

Take the dog to the vet immediately. If you have trouble affording this, call a humane society to see if they can help you. The dog is most likely in pain and will die if you don't get help right away!

Is this a joke? I am sorry- this is a horrible question....Maybe I am not reading this properly. Why waste valuable time asking a bunch of strangers for advice instead of going to a professional. I am very sorry your dog is so sick but if it were a human would it even occur to you for a split second to ask us, or wouldn't you be calling 911?
Please call a vet... now....

vomiting and diarrhea is not good. It could be parvo, poisioning , foreign body ingestion or parasites. I would take your dog to the vet before it gets dehydrated

you can give dogs pepto-bismol. 1 tsp. this will help the throwing up, also white rice mixed with cottage cheese, that will help the diarrhea, don't feed him anything else for at least 48 hours just white rice and cottage cheese,
