I've alway wanted to learn the art of rotor wing piloting. ? with the fuel prices the way they are would it be worth the time an money to acheive a rating. Have fixed wing single engine land. Help?

In Canada, you can credit some of your fixed wing time to rotary wing which can save you some coin. The other side of the coin is you will have less rotary wing time and be less marketable. Same goes if you do all of your time in a Robinson or Scweitzer, they want some turbine time too.
