Dandelion wishes are just like wishing on a star or whatever else...
Nothing happens.
I'm not a pessimist, i just haven't been proven wrong.
Wishes don't come true :(

I would guess only if your making dandelion wine and wish it turns out the way you want it to. If it does, your wish came true.

Maybe, and wishing on a star, and throwing money into a wishing well.Sure, they must come true, or people wouldn't just keep wishing on them. Right? Oh Yes, and Birthday candle wishes!
