Panasonic is one of the best. Don't get less than 42". If possible get one with full HD resolution (at least 1280x720). Most plasmas have been 1024x768, but some of the newer ones are better.

Read up on Dell.........all their stuff is made in China and they have SEVERAL class action lawsuits against them right now. Sony Bravia, in my opinion, is the BEST flat panel you can buy. Also, you may want to consider an LCD over a Plasma, read up on the pros 'n cons of both. I think you will see good and bad from both of them, but the LCD seems to be the way to go. If you dont like Sony, get a Samsung.......I have a SS LCD widescreen monitor that is absolutely the best LCD monitor I have ever seen (and it also holds the highest reviews & has the best specs)

There are many good plasma tvs out there. Vizio makes great bargian priced tvs that preform reletivly well.Other good company are; Sony,Pioneer,Samsung,Hp,Panasonic and Sharp.Some good tvs are;Sony KDL-46XBR2 a 46in,Pioneer's PDP-4360HD 43in and Vizio L42 HDTV. The Vizio is only 1400 bucks.

You should probably get a Sony or Samsung. Whatever you do, DON'T get a Dell. I hear they break all the time and they have horrible technical support. Sony is the best you can get.

well dell is a great company there tvs and desktops rock the lap tops suck my farher worked for them and thats what he would say
