Yahoo! is a service of Yahoo!, Incorporated, of Sunnyvale, California. Yahoo!, Incorporated, is a company publicly traded on the NASDAQ Stock Market under the Reuters Instrument Code YHOO.O. As such, it is owned by its shareholders.
FOX News is a service of FOX Broadcasting, a subsidiary of News Corporation, another company publicly traded, this time around at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the Reuters Instrument Code NWS.N.
Now there could be people who are shareholders of YHOO.O and of NWS.N at the same time, so that means _some_ of the owners of YHOO.O might also be owners of NWS.N.

If you look at Yahoo News you might get that impression. What a joke. Al Jazeera is a much more reliable source than Yahoo. What a sad state we are in that we have to go overseas to get any news worth reading. Rah Rah Sis Boom Bah, Yea Bush is our news now.
