And they are doing it again for some strange reason.

Same here.
I asked 2 around 11:40, and they still haven't shown up, but they are listed in "My Questions" with 0 answers.

I noticed that too, so I clicked on the link to their blog & found that they apologize for any inconvenience & say that this site should be up & running better than ever very soon.
Guess they're working on something that when fixed they think will be much better somehow.
