is this for a fungus, vuirus, burn, wart or herpes?

You are using it to clean the infection? Well, I don't know how Magnesium Sulphate works or what exactly it does to an infection. Instead why don't you use Hydrogen Peroxide? It cleans everything and it burns while cleaning. Anyway, its better if you consult doctor.
