I always feel sick. i don't know what to do and i'm freaked out of doctors. i'm not pregnant but i always feel like i'm going to throw up. i'm not sure if i'm anxious for something, but i always like i'm fighting to get out of bed everyday to go to work. i'm 18 and i didn't used to be like this, i don't know when it started but i hate it. i don't want to continue living if this is what i have to look foward to. please help...

Definitely go see a doctor for a physical and mental checkup. When you make the appointment, ask if it will be ok if you bring your mom or sister or girlfriend along - most doctors are fine with it.

Also, check with your insurance company, they might be able to recommend a doctor who you are more likely to like, and not get "freaked out" by. I'd recommend a female doctor, but that's more of a personal preference.

I know someone who has similar symptoms. She suffers from depression and anxiety attacks. She doesn't like going to the doctor either but I told her she would only get better if she sought medical help. She's doing a lot better now.

You might want to go to a doctor.
It could be your sugar is high or low.
Have you changed your diet in any way?
Your iron could be low that will make you tired.
Is your job stressful? That will cause health problems.
