The best down-and-out cookbook is Refrigerator Box Favorites. There are plenty of Alpo Essentials, and Hints For Living On Cents. My favorite chapter is, Cooking with Sterno, It's Not Just For Huffing Anymore!
If you can't find a suitable recipe there, try the author's other cookbook, Homeless For The Holidays. There's definitely a recipe for Government Cheese Logs and Mad Dog Wassail.

thats nasty. go to a fast food resturaunt or. go to a chinese japanese or mexican place. thay like cat and dog meat.. but thay attened to be very unclean
