I would take one pill that would cure my diabetes that I have had for 39 years.

I'm sure everyone will say this, but lose weight. About 30 lbs. would be good and it would have to enable me to keep it off! =)

LOSE WEIGHT & Keep it off... then i think my problems would disappear with the weight...
