NO that child should not be expelled from school because it is a reason for that child's corruption. If you get to the root of the problem everything else will fall right in place. Maybe that child only need someone to sit and have a talk with him/her to see why s/he acts that way.

there are other different programs that she/he can be placed in that deal with such children,do not deprive the child from learning.That would be a big mistake

no i don't think he should not be given equal chances. i think his parents need to spend more time w/ her/him and motivate him, help with homework and teach him how to work hard and be disciplined.
